ASEMPRA INKS TECHNOLOGY PARTNERSHIP WITH BAKBONE
New Alliance Enables Business Breakthroughs for Asempra Worldwide and Brings Expanded Windows Technology to BakBone

The agreement with BakBone gives Asempra expanded access to high-growth market opportunities, and offers broader
Windows capabilities for BakBone customers.
As part of the agreement, Asempra and BakBone will invest in joint product development, marketing, and
